  • Visited RARE Steakhouse on our 1st day in Vilamoura. On entering this busy restaurant we were met by our host at the door who showed us to our table overlooking the kitchen area. It was busy but relaxed and quite enjoyable to view excellent chefs working in a calm environment. Definitely not Gordon Ramsay! Our waiter for the evening Daniel was very informative on the menu. We ordered the rib eye and fillet steak. Service was excellent and food brilliant. Really enjoyable evening

  • We have visited this restaurant twice in the last five days and on both occasions the atmosphere, food and staff were nothing short of excellent. If you like meat in particular cooked to perfection this is the place and as an added bonus they have a lovely choice of craft beers, my favourite was the Bavaria.
